Directions for Printing:

Before printing, you will need to enter the FILE drop down menu and then go to PAGE SETUP. Once in PAGE SETUP, set margins to {"0.0"; "0.10"; etc} for (left/right/top/bottom) and UNCHECK all header/footer information - as allowed. Pages will not print out correctly in Netscape or Internet Explorer without modification to Page Setup!

After you have made these changes, you may proceed.

The Order Form

First, you need to fill out an order form.

The State of Texas Notary Application

Now, you need to fill out the form that will go to the State.

Click here and here to link to the two application pages. Print each of these pages once they have loaded.

Note: The State requires the notary application to be a two-sided document, you will need to print side one and then side two of the application, and then copy the two sides back-to-back onto one page. Original forms with signatures must be submitted for processing.

Directions for Filling out the State Application:

You are about to print the notary application! Congratulations on taking this step. Follow these instructions to qualify.

A. Fill out items 1-9 on the Application Form and sign at the "X".
Note: Signatures must match name stated in section "Name to be Used...".

B. Sign the STATEMENT OF OFFICER section.

C. Print and sign your name on the OFFICIAL NOTARY BOND section.

D. Mail us the application, your order and a payment to the following address:

Upon receipt, we will immediately endorse the Bond and then file the application with the state. It routinely takes the State of Texas seven days to issue your certificate. Supply orders are processed and shipped once qualified!
